Football success in Bolton

Dear Parents and Carers,

The school football team gave an amazing performance in Bolton this week. Bleasby C of E, representing Mansfield Town, reached the final of the EFL cup and lost narrowly to Oldham. Over 100 schools nationwide entered this competition at the beginning of the season. To reach the

final was a fantastic achievement.

Each player gave 100%. Their attitude, effort, performance and team work was fantastic. I want to thank Mrs Hobson as coach for her excellent preparation of the team. I would also like to thank Mr Pasqual, Mr Collett and Mr Smith for travelling with us and supporting us at the  tournament. They have supported the team at all the games all season and have been fantastic. Mr Canoville has given many hours of his time coaching the team this season. I thank all other parents who have given lifts and helped the team get to matches this season.
